PopAds is a Cost Per View (CPV ) ad network , When someone see their ads in your site you will generate revenue . Their rates are decent and profitable and you can make money easily with them .According to them "Rates are fully dynamic and depend on many factors like: visitor's
country, your website quality and niche and even day of the week and
time of the day" . They accept all kinds of website and even free blogs . The approval time takes about 24 hours . They accept Adult site too . After approval you just have to put the unique ad code in your HMTL and drive traffic in your site and you will see money coming in your account . Their minimum payout is $5.00 for PayPal and AlertPay. For Wire Transfer it is $500.00.
I am using their ads in this site and i am experiencing a average CPM of $2 which is good but the problem is that they show ads in Popups so visitors need to click somewhere in your site then only the ad will show up to the visitor . There is another Problem like many people have Popups blocked in their browser so your all visitors will not give you money with PopAds . According to my experience , I get about 1000 visitors everyday but they count only 50-100 ad views .
See my report below , It illustrates their rates properly . They claim to have $4.00 CPM rate for US unique visitors but my visitors are mixed . 50% of the visitors are international and rest of them comes from US , AUS & CA . I have experienced CPM as low as $0.98 and as high as $2.56 which is not so bad .
They Pay publishers with Paypal & Payza . According to them "You can request withdrawal of your PopAds
revenue anytime you want. Usually, you will see money in your PayPal
or AlertPay account within 24 hours." After using their ads for more than a month i reached my payment threshold which is $5 . I made $5.09 with them in that time and requested Payment the next day but after waiting for 2 days i contacted their support and they replied :
I am afraid that Payza payments are not processed daily. They are more like biweekly, with often delays. Please consider PayPal or Payoneer.Best regards,

I was really sad but their customer support was good and replied my every messages regularly regarding the payment issue . I had request my payment on Tuesday, October 28th 2014 and got my payment November 13th which was shocking for me as they claimed they pay in 24 hours .

If you are looking forward to join some networks which pay for view only then i highly recommend you PopAds . I think their rates are one of the highest among the CPV industry . I also recommend you not to use too many Pop in a site because it can reduce your visitors . I use only one Pop for 1 unique visitors so i think that's okay .
